Jason Hardy - VP of Operations

It has been a busy couple of months, to say the least, but we want to make sure that we stop to announce the promotion of our 13-year Affinity veteran Jason Hardy.  In February, Jason assumed the position of Vice President of Operations, and he has been integral to maintaining a culture of excellence amidst the most disruptive time Affinity has experienced in our 18-year history.

Jason’s experience at Affinity has ranged from college intern, filing and helping with administrative work, to becoming the “voice” of Affinity through his role in communications, writing blogs and maintaining Affinity’s social networks.  As Affinity has grown through the years, Jason began to gravitate towards the organization’s operational work, and he found that he had great talent there.  In his most recent role of Director of Strategic Operations and Communications, Jason has helped Affinity change business models and update key processes in the company’s service delivery.  

In his new role, Jason will ensure a superior client experience through operational excellence and supervising a high-performance team. He will assist in creating annual goals, objectives, strategies, operations plans, policies, procedures, and collaboration with the leadership team. He will also oversee special projects for Affinity.
