Meet Seth Sanders, 3n1's Newest Systems Engineer!
/About Seth
Our team of Systems Engineers is growing! We're excited to welcome Seth Sanders, our newest addition, onboard.
Seth, a native of Pulaski, TN, comes to us after having worked for several years as a Fielding Technician and Service Desk Technician with other companies, where he helped with systems setup and initialization for customer projects. He holds a B.B.A. with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from Martin Methodist College.
For Seth, an interest in video games from a young age grew into a broad interest in technology and a passion for working with computers. Don't take that to mean that he spends all his time in front of a screen, though. Outside of work, Seth enjoys hiking and canoeing and visits every state park he can find. He also just recently got engaged to his fiancee Kristen!
We hope you'll help us welcome Seth to the team!
What's a Systems Engineer? And What's 3n1's Hiring Criteria?
3n1's team of systems engineers is the soul of our company. These are the individuals who manage our clients' systems, respond to support tickets, plan upgrades, design IT infrastructures, and manage and carry out IT projects.
More importantly, when clients engage with us, our team of systems engineers becomes part of their team as well. And while it's easy to dismiss this sentiment as borderline cheesy marketing speak, we actually mean it. We devote resources both during and after our hiring process to making sure this synergy is a reality that our clients actually experience.
When it comes to hiring systems engineers, a high level of IT talent and experience is a must, but, in itself, it's also not enough. We insist that all of our systems engineers also exhibit excellent capacities for teamwork, empathy, and interpersonal communication, and we verify this with cutting edge behavioral assessment technology before making a job offer. That way, we can make data-driven hiring decisions that ensure our team works along with yours seamlessly.
