We've Added New Team Members! Meet Tim Charlton, Michelle Pope, and Jason Hardy

As we head out of the dog days and into cooler weather and the school year, we felt it was the perfect time to give you an update on some new faces you’ll see around 3n1media. We’re excited to welcome Tim Charlton, Michelle Pope, and Jason Hardy to our team! These new hires are part of our continued commitment to bring great talent on board to help us serve you better. Read on to learn more about them, and when you see them, help us welcome them aboard! We think they're quality folks, and we know you'll agree.

Tim Charlton, Systems Engineer

Tim Charlton, our newest systems engineer, comes to us after having worked as a systems administrator and writer of technical certification test prep materials at Boson Software. He’s a highly decorated technician—with CCNA and numerous CompTIA certifications, including A+, Network+, and Security+—and an all around nice guy. He’s happy to talk sports with you (his teams include the Titans and the Commodores), and he can also hold his own in conversations on Civil War history or literary classics like Tom Sawyer andThe Scarlet Letter. He also stays active by playing in local softball and kickball leagues. At home, he enjoys spending time with Leah, his wife of twelve years, and his kids: eight-year-old Grant and six-year-old Clair. He’s thrilled to be joining the 3n1media team, and we’re thrilled to have him.

Michelle Pope, Accountant

We’re also excited to welcome Michelle Pope, CPA, as 3n1media’s new Accountant. Before joining our team, Michelle spent time working for Arthur Andersen, American Homepatient and Prison Realty Trust, and as a stay-at-home mom and school volunteer. She loves to read, and she and her family are avid sports fans, cheering for UT Knoxville (where she majored in business administration) and the St. Louis Cardinals. She and her husband Brian also spend lots of time visiting colleges with their seventeen-year-old daughter Anna Claire and attending their sons’—Jackson (14) and Ethan (12)—baseball and basketball games and practices. We’re grateful that she has decided to spend some of her time with us!

Jason Hardy, Manager of Client Relations and Social Media

Jason isn't exactly new to 3n1media, but we're glad to have him back in the new role of Manager of Client Relations and Social Media. He has worked for us in some capacity for six years, and now that he just finished up his Master's degree in English at UT Knoxville, he has come back on board officially. Jason enjoys reading (especially Southern literature), writing, playing bass guitar, and keeping up with St. Louis Cardinals baseball. He's also excited to be getting married to his fiancée Laura this fall.
