This Week's App: FileExplorer

Think about all the places you store your files. Many business users may have multiple computers for personal and business use, shared folders on a company network, and cloud storage solutions like Dropbox or Google Drive. All these storage options are great, but having files spread across various platforms can be frustrating at times, especially when you need to access a file on your smartphone or tablet.

Thankfully, FileExplorer, developed by Skyjos, allows users of iOS devices (iPhones, iPads, etc.) to view files stored in multiple locations, all within a single app. FileServer gives users multiple avenues for accessing their files in a centralized location, including connections to servers and computers, VPN connections to business networks, and integration with services like Dropbox, Box, Skydrive, Google Drive, and WebDav. Plus, the app is wonderfully easy to use once it's configured to connect to all of the user's storage locations.
