3n1media is excited to announce that Eric Ross has joined our team of Systems Engineers! Eric comes to us after working for Premier Radiology as a Senior System Engineer, where he managed over 60 virtual machines as well as the company’s EMR software. He previously worked as a Systems Administrator for the State of Tennessee and as an IT Support Specialist for another managed IT services firm in Nashville. 

Eric brings valuable experience in healthcare IT and other industries to our team. He is also a highly decorated IT expert with numerous certifications, including CompTIA A+ and VMWare VCA-DCV, along with the distinction of graduating Summa Cum Laude from Nashville State Community College’s program in Computer Networking.

Eric inherited his love of technology from his father, who worked in IT for the TVA for over 30 years and encouraged Eric’s interest in the latest technologies from a young age. Now, Eric is a father himself has two children, Brady (7) and Mia (2). He enjoys working on cars, coaching his kids’ baseball and basketball teams, and watching sports.
